It is a holding corporate, and only holds the Marina del Rey property. We would like to Quit Claim the property in DJS to us, Dean and Jo Sothern. We are sole owners of the corporation. There are no liens on the property; however, it is on leased land and therefore the Deed is recorded in 2nd position for the unit behind the Master Lease (for the whole property.) How do we proceed? Forget going to an attorney. They know nothing about what to do (we tried that here). Can you tell us exactly what to do to effect this or refer us to someone who can?
